Chelsea Harbour Club

At Harbour Club Chelsea, they want to give you the best, so they nestled 3 indoor padel courts amongst an exercise oasis a stones throw from both imperial park and Chelsea harbour itself on the banks of the river Thames. Now this was back in the early stages of the growth of Padel in the UK , and Chelsea Harbour Club lays claim to being the second oldest Padel club in the country, or rather in this context the second earliest adopter.

Whilst we are about nothing but padel at UK Padel, we must add that alongside the 3 Padel courts are 6 large fitness studios offering bespoke classes, a gym that spans 2 floors , 3 deluxe swimming pools, 12 world-class tennis courts and 9 Spa treatment rooms. If you can find a member to get you in or sign up yourself, you are going to playing at the club with the most indoor courts in the closest to central London location until the mighty new centre in Shoreditch opens, and there is a lot of other sport besides.

The Harbour Club hosts a range of events with a fast growing padel community including new pro tour events which offer fantastic player and spectator experiences, even former British number 1 tennis player Laura Robson has been seen playing Padel there, not the only former tennis player to move across to padel, and something that could be a major boost to the standard of Padel in the UK. With their involvement in London league padel there is also a simmering of an idea of a new competitive league that could be formed as clubs grow in the area and participation rises in London and the South East.
