Round 2 of the UK PADEL Masters showcased the energy and ambition that defines the Masters community. With 160 players competing across the Over 35s to Over 60s categories at the Padel Hub Fleet 22-23 November, the event proved why this series is going to become a vital part of the UK padel landscape.
The UK PADEL Masters exists to help raise the level of competitive padel across age groups, provide players with meaningful opportunities, and reinforce the message that padel is truly a competitive sport for life. Round 2 delivered on all fronts — exceptional match quality, incredible camaraderie, and 12 pairs booking their place at the UK PADEL Masters Finals (7–8 March 2026).
Qualification Explained
The Masters Series consists of multiple rounds across the country, giving players several opportunities to compete and earn their way into the Finals.
At each qualifying event played in 5 year categories from over 35 to over 60, both the winners and runners-up secure automatic qualification for the 2026 Finals, where the UK PADEL Masters champions for each age group will be crowned.
With two rounds now complete, the Finals lineup is taking shape — and competition for the remaining places will no doubt become more pressing as more of the top players come in to the competition and the next round the UK PADEL Masters North on 17-18th January at Surge Padel Harrogate.
Nick Baker, CEO of UK PADEL “Round 2 showed exactly why the UK PADEL Masters matters. We’re giving players across the UK more opportunities to compete at a high level and celebrate everything that makes padel such an inclusive sport. The quality this weekend was exceptional, and the passion on court reinforces why we’re investing so heavily in Masters events. We’re building something long-term and it’s great to see players embracing it.”
