The 2026 UK PADEL Masters Series concluded this weekend at The Padel Hub Southampton, where champions were crowned across six age categories from Over 35 to Over 60 in the Finals of the inaugural national Masters circuit.
Players from across the country travelled to Southampton for the Finals event, highlighting the continued growth of masters padel in the UK and the strength of the communities built through the UK Padel competition calendar.
A New Platform for Age-Group Competition
Launched this season as a competitive platform for players aged 35 and over, the UK PADEL Masters Series quickly established itself as a highlight of the domestic padel calendar.
Events held throughout the year brought together players from communities across the UK before culminating in a highly competitive Finals weekend.
The level of play across all categories demonstrated the growing depth and quality of age-group padel nationally.
Notably, women made up 50% of competitors at the Finals, highlighting the inclusive growth of the sport and the strength of participation across the Masters categories.
Mark Ayers, Tournament Director, said:
“The level of competition and the atmosphere around the courts this weekend were fantastic. The Masters Series has brought together some of the strongest age-group players and communities in the country, and it’s clear there is real momentum behind masters padel in the UK. This is an exciting foundation to build on next year.”
Partner Sponsor Support for the Series
The series also benefited from strong commercial backing.
Lauralu, delivering premium canopy and modular cover solutions for sports venues across the UK, supported the series alongside Portfolio Ventures, a leading EIS Fund, backed by prominent angel investors and HNWs.
